Do you live near a forest or a park with trees? Lucky you, because you can go ‘forest-bathing’! 🌲 This book gives you insight into why walking 🚶🏻‍♀️in forests (or parks) is healthy.

In Japan they have been researching 🤓 the effects of forest-bathing for decades. When you walk in a forest you will be able to sleep better, your immune systeem will get a boost ⚡️ and you will experience more positive emotions.


​This book also stresses the importance of activating all your senses 👂🏽👅 👃🏽 while walking in a forest: touch the leaves, smell the fragrances in the air, listen to the calming sounds of the wind. It gives you all kinds of tips & tricks on who to experience forest bathing to the fullest.

In trend research it’s also essential to stimulate your senses and do '5D-research'. I feel that taking frequent time-out in forests will help you in spotting the next and the new even better. It will help you to wake up your senses, while also calming down and put things in perspective.
